Case study – Logistics services consultancy

One of the online distributors of tyres and rims which started its business in 1999. The company has been the leader of the online sale of tyres in Poland and has been cooperating with the largest Polish automotive companies which strengthened its position as a professional source of information and a strong trade partner. The company’s warehouses take in total 5.6 hectares.

Customer’s Expectations

Selection of locations where new warehouse(s) will be built. In case of availability in a given region of plots/warehouses we will also prepare a detailed operational budget (lease, purchase, and outsourcing). In case there are no ready investments available we provide information on plots available, their costs, and planned investment.

Our response to the Customer’s needs was an offer which included designing a warehouse with the equipment, but above all meets the highest requirements for business partners of our Customer. An audit was held in a short time confirming our competences and broad experience – that allowed us to establish cooperation with the Customer.

Summary

On the basis of the report prepared by us, the Customer accepted the location and the suggested size of a warehouse. In 2021 the commencement of construction works of the Logistics Centre of 70k m2 is planned. The operational start is planned for 2Q 2022.
