Goal

Managing deliveries of intermediate, materials, and distribution of ready-made products to end recipients made it necessary to modernise the existing warehouse. The Customer’s goal was also to efficiently service deliveries of raw materials to the production line together with their effective warehousing.

Technology

CCTV, automatic elevator trucks working in system of very narrow aisles (VNA) moving on induction loops.

Results

Thanks to efficient service provided by 3LP the Customer was able to modernise the facility without any disruption in deliveries of raw materials. The level of deliveries supplying production line reached 99,6% and the completion of orders for raw materials reached 98,9%.

Customer’s Expectations

In relation to the dynamic development of the operations the Customer was forced to modernise its own facility. The process of modernisation could not have negative impact on managing deliveries of intermediates and materials, as well as distribution of ready-made products to end customers. The Customer needed warehouse area together with management of deliveries of raw materials to the production lines.

We offered our support in the scope of managing deliveries of raw materials and production materials, their correct recording, storing, as well as execution of deliveries for the purposes of the production. Offer of cooperation with 3LP SA included managing container shipments, unloading, quantitative and qualitative control, warehousing, and deliveries to production lines.

Successful cooperation in terms of deliveries of intermediates resulted in initiating discussions regarding cooperation in managing online sale in B2C channel which had not been done by the Customer before. Our vast experience in servicing e-commerce entities gives opportunity to expand the Customer’s services to the market of individual clients.
